John Wells Productions is a Los Angeles-based media company founded by John Wells. Our core focus is the acquisition, development and production of premium scripted television series and feature films. Our track record of producing exceptional, commercially viable projects that consistently attract U.S. and international audiences serves as the centerpiece of John Wells Productions' creative approach. Past projects include ER, The West Wing, Southland, Third Watch, August: Osage County, Love & Mercy, The Company Men, and Burnt. We are currently producing Shameless and Animal Kingdom, with numerous films and television projects in various stages of development.
